Notion Bonsai aims to process and dispatch orders promptly, typically within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after midday may be shipped the next day. If an item is out of stock, the available items will be sent immediately, and the rest will follow once back in stock, at no extra charge. Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods like Christmas and early spring.

International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders withing the UK are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
